The international break was over, the World Cup draw is almost done and settled.

That means the domestic football league resumes and again my leg was feeling a bit itchy of trying to catch some games at the stadium. Looking at some of the weekend’s fixture, arguably the most significant one was between KL City vs Melaka United.

Between them, they have two things in common. Firstly, both teams have been embroiled with management issues to the point it appears there is an arrears in player’s salaries. When will these people ever learn.

The second thing is that both teams have not won a game after three matches. So the stake is pretty high for both teams going into this fixture. Especially for the home side, KL City after losing their unbeaten streak at home to JDT during the mid-week.
