Our first episode of 2021 is an interview with Penang FC’s goalkeeper Bryan See Tian Keat.

In 2020, he had his breakthrough year with PDRM including a Man of the Match performance against Johor Darul Ta’zim despite having lost the game 1-0. In what turned to be a relatively short season due to Covid-19 pandemic, PDRM was relegated however Bryan See was regarded as the team’s best performer during the entire campaign.

For the coming Malaysian Super League season, Bryan See will be suiting up with Penang FC.

We talked to Bryan on his journey to becoming a professional goalkeeper including spending several years in the United State playing collegiate soccer and also touch a bit on ethnic Chinese’s involvement in Malaysian football today.
